Introduction to the Poetry:

There is a Chinese Proverb about a young man who one day dreamed he was a butterfly. When he awoke from his dream he did not know was he dreaming he was a butterfly or a butterfly dreaming he was a man.

Since I can remember dreams have been important to me. Dreams have always made me wonder why? Where? And if? Dreams are an inspiration and an irritation. I wonder why we have the same dream over and over. Whether it is a good dream or a bad why does it reoccur? Where do these dreams lead? When I was a teen I had a dream, of a future life. And in this dream I was telling my friend I needed to return to Florida.  So did the dream lead me to Florida? Or was it truly a dream of the future?

The Birth of DreamKnight, one morning in the not to distant past I woke from a nightmare. I put the nightmare in poem form and thus was born “the saga of the man stained with guilt”.  When I wrote a poem about a dream the recurring nightmare would stop.

Thus DreamKnight was born to help fight the evil mares of night.
